Town Board of the Town of Hamburg November 2, 2026 Meeting 4.24. Award Demolition Contractors for 5272 South Park Ave. WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Code Chapter 80 references the procedure for unsafe buildings in the Town of Hamburg, and, WHEREAS, the Town of Hamburg Board deemed the chapel of the main building and the detached greenhouse structures at 5272 South Park Ave. unsafe and ordered the demolition of those structures, and, WHEREAS, Bids for a demolition contractor were publicly opened and quotes for an air monitoring company were received as follows: Demolition Contractors Regional Environmental Demolition INC. $172,752.00 with an allowance of $40,000.00 extra for the shoring and board up of the main structure after demolition. Air monitoring companies Advanced Contracting Services $10,000.00 56 Services $11,632.00 Stohl Environmental $13,250.00 , and, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board approves Regional Environmental Demolition INC as the demolition contractor and Advanced Contracting Services as the air monitoring company for the demolition of the chapel of the main building and the detached greenhouse located at 5272 South Park Ave., and, BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor sign any contracts required for the demolition, and, 91
