Public Hearing Special Use Permit 1340 Orchard Park Road, West Seneca NY Whereas, the Town Board of the Town of West Seneca has received a request for a special use permit for property located at 1340 Orchard Park Road for the service of alcohol. All that tract or parcel of land, situate in Town of West Seneca, County of Erie and State of New York; being part of Lot Number 371, Township 10; Range 7 of the Buffalo Creek Reservation, bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the south line of Lot Number 371 and the center line of the Orchard Park Road; thence proceeding east along the south line of Lot Number 371, 2478,19 feet to a point on the south line of Lot Number 371; thence proceeding north about 195.24 feet to a point adjoining lands conveyed to Lulu L. Bittner by deeds recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 2614 of Deeds at Page 191 and Liber 2629 of Deeds at page 468; thence proceeding west 2617,23 feet to the center line of Orchard Park Road; thence proceeding southeasterly along the center line of Orchard Park Road 244,62 feet to the point or place of beginning, containing 11.41 acres of land, more or less. Excepting so much of the abovedescribed premises as was conveyed by warranty deed by Julie Metzler to Adolph Kuhn and Marian Kuhn, his wife, dated December 8, 1952 and recorded in the Erie County Clerk's Office in Liber 5236 of Deeds at page 125. Now, therefore, a public hearing will be held on the 10th day of August, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., EDT in the West Seneca Court Room, 1250 Union Road, West Seneca, at which time and place this Town Board will meet to hear all persons interested in the subject matter thereof concerning the same.
