SUBJECT:  Highway Superintendent Adams re Retirement of Sanitation General
  Crew Chief Kevin McCartan

Requested Action:  Please accept the retirement of Kevin McCartan from his position as
  Sanitation General Crew Chief. His last day of work will be August 28,
  2026, and his official retirement date will be August 29, 2026. On
  behalf of the Town of West Seneca, we would like to thank Kevin for
  his 35 years of service, and we wish him best in his future endeavors.
