Each subsequent year will incur a 5% inflationary escalator as illustrated in the 3 year schedule in the grid above. This fee includes Access to all Software Modules, Unlimited User Accounts, Customer Support, System Maintenance, Hosting, Defect Fixes & Release Updates. Included as well is access to our Online Knowledge Base & E-Learning System. (2) The organization will need to supply all devices (PC, Laptop, Tablet, etc.) to internal staff users to operate the software. These devices can be Microsoft, Apple or Android. All peripheral POS equipment (ex: Cash Drawer, Receipt Printer, Barcode Scanner, etc.) or Membership equipment (ID Card Printer, Webcam, Barcode Scanner, etc.) is optional and needs to be purchased from a third-party source (not through Dash). (3) The organization will be required to DaySmart Payments (backed by Stripe) for credit card processing. a. DaySmart Payments currently offers 2 readers: S700 ($349 USD / $449 CAD) and WISE POS E ($249 USD / $299 CAD). No monthly rental options available Below are images of the devices.
