Proposal (4) Available credit card processors through Dash are Stripe & CardConnect. Standard processing rates are 2.6% + $0.10 for card present transactions and 3.2% + $0.30 for card not present transactions. NOTE: We offer to meet or beat your current processor’s rates if they are better than our listed rates. (5) DASH Platform offers a FREE text message function, but this FREE function requires your staff to request and manage mobile phone carriers. If the organization prefers to send out text messages without managing the mobile carrier, it is recommended that the organization creates & manages an account with Twilio https://www.twilio.com/en-us There is a fee per text message recipient that will be charged by Twilio. (6) DASH Platform offers a FREE internal emailing function. However, if the organization would like to enhance email communications, we have an optional integration with Constant Contact. This would require the organization to create & manage an account with Constant Contact https://www.constantcontact.com (7) DASH Platform offers a FREE schedule TV display feature where event schedules can be listed on TV displays in the lobby of any Facility. However if the organization would like to enhance those displays with ads, weather, etc. we would recommend using Reach Media. This integration costs an additional $49 per month (billed by DASH Platform) and would be in addition to the annual subscription fee. There also could be additional equipment required from Reach. https://reachmedianetwork.com (8) If the organization would prefer to upload facility rental contracts into DropBox Sign to capture true digital signatures, we have an integration with DropBox Sign (formerly HelloSign) that would cost an additional $0.99 per document (billed by DASH Platform). This service is not required, but offers an enhancement to facility rental contracts. https://www.dropboxsign.com (9) If the organization would like print stickers or wristbands, there is a fee of $49 per month (billed by DASH Platform) and would be in addition to the annual subscription fee. An example of this would be printing out customer event stickers at check-in so that when they reach the field, court, ice an addendant can confirm that they are registered & paid.
