for the Intensive-Level Historic Resource Survey of the Lower and Middle Ebenezer areas; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby commits and authorizes an amount not to exceed $6,500 in Town funds as a local cash contribution toward the project, contingent upon award of the Certified Local Government Grant and execution of the applicable grant agreement; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town anticipates providing approximately $6,500 in additional in-kind services through the Historic Preservation Commission and Town staff, subject to acceptance and valuation of such services by the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Supervisor and/or other appropriate Town officials are hereby authorized to execute and submit such documents as may be necessary to complete the grant application and, upon award, administer the project in accordance with applicable Town and State requirements.
