WEST SENECA HISTORICAL PRESERVATION COMMISSION - MEETING MINUTES WEST SENECA COMMUNITY CENTER - 1300 UNION ROAD, WEST SENECA, NY 14224 DRAFT DATE August 5, 2026 CALL TO ORDER The regular meeting of the West Seneca Historical Preservation Commission was called to order by Chairperson Lang at 6:39 PM. ROLL CALL Present: 1. Paul Lang, Chairperson 2. Maureen Berbary 3. Michael Siuta Absent: 1. Ray Ball (Excused) 2. Fran D’Amico (Excused) • Scott Robertson (Excused) APPROVAL OF MINUTES Motion by Ms. Berbary, seconded by Mr. Siuta, to approve the August 5, 2026 meeting minutes. Ayes: All Noes: None Abstain: None Motion: Carried OLD BUSINESS • Demolition Order Update Chairperson Lang reported no update; no correspondence from Town Attorney Chris Trap. • CLG Grant Application Update Chairperson Lang reported that the Town Board approved a $13,000 cash match, out of the project’s $39,000, to list on the grant application. Chairperson Lang is in communication with the town’s grant writer to submit the application due Friday, September 13, 2026. • Future Local Landmarks for Consideration The Commission continues to research future local landmarks for consideration. 1
