Highway Superintendent Adams re Flooring contract - Senior Center Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Robertson, to authorize the Highway Superintendent to execute the agreement with Heritage Flooring in the amount of $66,700.00, pursuant to State Contract #PC70838, for the purchase and installation of new flooring at the Town Senior Center noting funding for this project will be reimbursed to the Town through Erie County as part of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) that was awarded to the Town earlier this year. Highway Superintendent Adams re Purchase of wheelchair van - Senior Center Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Breidenstein, to authorize the Highway Superintendent to execute the purchase of a new 2025 Ford Transit wheelchair van for the Senior Center from Towne Ford in the amount of $79,165.00, through OGS Mini-Bid #23166, with reimbursement to be provided through Erie County Community Development Block Grant awarded to the Town earlier this year. Ayes: 3 Noes: 0 Abstain: 0 Motion Carried 9. Administrative Court Liaison re 2027 JCAP Grant application The item was tabled per the request of Administrative Court Liaison Almeida. 10. Chief Cosgrove re School Resource Officer Agreement - Addendum no. 4 Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Breidenstein, to authorize the Town Supervisor to sign the attached addendum with the West Seneca Central School District for the School Resource Officers, noting the 4th Addendum will cover the reimbursement for 5 School Resource Officers from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, and is a continuation of the original agreement signed with the West Seneca Central School District in 2016 and reflects the current rate of pay in the Collective Bargaining Agreement with the West Seneca Police Benevolent Association.
