Requested Action:  Please see the attached quote, and allow the Highway Superintendent
  to execute the purchase agreement of a new 2020 Titan Leaf Pro
  Guthrie Heli-Arc Inc. Pricing under HGACBUY contract GR01-20 in the
  amount of $47,941.00. Funds for this purchase are available in the
  2026 Highway Equipment line 02511000.50200
