3. Service Standards and Responsibilities • AIS will use commercially reasonable efforts to monitor, maintain, and support the covered environment and to respond to service and security events within the scope of the services purchased. • The Town will provide AIS with timely access to authorized systems, locations, contacts, credentials, and information reasonably required to perform the services. • Cybersecurity services reduce risk but cannot guarantee that an incident, compromise, outage, or data loss will never occur. AIS will work with the Town to investigate and remediate covered events within the scope of this Agreement. • Changes to covered quantities, locations, services, or project scope that materially affect the services or cost will be documented and approved in writing by the parties. 4. Fees and Pricing The pricing below is taken directly from AIS Quote 11431. Monthly service fees are recurring during the 36-month term; the server finance payment is a 36-month monthly obligation. One-time implementation fees are billed separately.
