Water Tank Generator Upgrades The Town was contacted in August 2024 by ECWA that the existing emergency generators at the Rice Hill Tank (District 2) and Wohlheuter Tank (District 3) are in need of replacement due to age and availability of repair parts. The estimated project cost is $108,108 for both replacement generators and ECWA has slotted this project for 2025 Update: The start-up on both generators was completed the week of 9/22/25, and they are now in service. ECWA is awaiting final invoices from the manufacturer for start-up, then will bill the Town for the final total. 172
