PROJECT TEAM Daniel Insinna EIT Planning and Grant Writing Dan is a member of our civil engineering team with over a decade of experience supporting municipalities with water and wastewater infrastructure projects. His work is heavily focused on identifying grant opportunities, pursuing funding, and providing grant administration, including the preparation of engineering reports and supporting documentation suitable for funding through NYS EFC, NYSDEC, CDBG, and other programs. Dan also supports project planning and design for water distribution systems, water and wastewater treatment facilities, and wastewater collection systems, while providing ongoing assistance through data analysis, quality control and assurance, and infrastructure evaluations.
