Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Piekarec, that the Town Clerk announces that Molly Martin is appointed Deputy Clerk effective January 1, 2026, at an annual stipend of $2,750. Motion by Supervisor Dickson, seconded by Councilmember Breidenstein, that Tammie Maurino be appointed as Secretary to the Planning Board at an annual salary of $4,650, effective January 1, 2026. On the question, Councilmember Robertson requested that a current revision of the chart of roles and responsibilities for the secretary positions be provided.
