RESOLVED, that upon expiration of the permissive referendum period without the filing of a valid petition, or upon approval by referendum if required, the Town Supervisor is authorized to disburse the funds and execute any documents reasonably necessary to effectuate the Town's participation in the project. This Resolution shall take effect immediately, subject to the permissive referendum requirements of the General Municipal Law.
