December 30, 2025 Supervisor Jason Keding Town of Boston 8500 Boston State Road Boston, NY 14025 RE: 2026 PROPOSAL GENERAL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES Dear Supervisor Keding: CPL is excited to have the opportunity to continue working with the Town of Boston by providing general professional engineering services for 2026. CPL has more than 40 years of experience providing engineering, architectural, and planning services to municipalities and currently serves more than 90 municipalities throughout New York State. As we have discussed, CPL will be reconfiguring the team that supports the Town with the primary professionals including: Eric Wies, P.E., Senior Vice President Jason Foote, P.E., Associate Principal Justin Steinback, Planning Project Manager Wade Starnes, Senior Construction Manager The billing rates under this agreement are shown on the attached and will be billed monthly on an hourly basis. Any expenses (postage, copies, mileage, etc.) will be billed directly with no multiplier. Note, the rates are the same as 2024.
