TOWN OF BOSTON – RESOLUTION NO. 2026- 35 2025 YEAR-END BUDGET TRANSFERS WHEREAS, the Town of Boston is in the process of closing the accounting records for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025; and WHEREAS, certain appropriation accounts were noted to need adjustments to allow for appropriate closing of accounts; and WHEREAS, the funding for these adjusted appropriations is available within other appropriation accounts in the Town’s 2025 budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Board hereby authorizes the amending of the Town’s 2025 budget as shown on the attached page: On April 15, 2026, the question of the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly put to a vote on roll call, which resulted as follows: Yes No Abstain Absent Councilmember Martin [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] Councilmember Penders [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] Councilmember Selby [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] Councilmember Stephan [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] Supervisor Keding [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] ____________________________ Sandra L.
