Martin, Supervisor, Town of Collins J. Tobia, Supervisor North Collins J. Keding, Supervisor Town of Boston D. Izydorczak, Supervisor Town of Newstead P. D’Orlando EC Jerry Nagy, RTS, Board President Suni Stachura, Executive Director, Rural Transit Service B. Approval of minutes (9/25/25): Motioned by J. Tobia, seconded by D. Izydorczak, all in favor. C. Report from Steering Committee: - The 2026-2027 budget was accepted and CDBG funds awarded. - Town invoicing went out and all towns are paid. D. Old Business a. Client Registration: 2024 - 1,731 2025 - 1,805 b. Quarterly Stats: 2024 – 5140 trips with 67.765 miles 2025 – 5480 trips with 68,487 miles (Jan 1- Dec 31) c. Van Log: fleet is almost turned over d. Volunteer stats recruited 7 vol last quarter. Need 50 to run at full capacity. 55 active. Looking for 20 more active volunteers. d. Turndowns: 2024 - 56 turndowns 2025 - 43 turndowns 2. Annual Election & Volunteer Representatives– for the 2026-2027 year Motioned to elect the slate of officers by D. Izydorczak, seconded by Jason, all in favor, carried.
