E. New Business 1. Volunteer Recognition Day – Our Volunteer Appreciation Day will be held at Michael’s Banquet facility in Hamburg on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 10am. We are doing all gift cards for prizes and the staff have been busy sending out and collecting donations. 2. New Vehicle – Clarence. Been able to recruit more volunteers with the smaller vehicles, saving on gas and clients are happy with them. 3. Client and Volunteer Recruitment – We are continuing to recruit new clients and volunteers. Please help any way you can. F. Public Comment Section & Announcements P. D’Orlando asked if RTS received the check for the new Clarence van, S. Stachura replied yes P. D’Orlando announced that HUD funding was passed in full for the 2026-2027 year P. D’Orlando congratulated D. Izydorczak on the new Newstead Community Center K. Martin commented on the low attendance. J. Tobia agreed to help contact supervisors to encourage them to attend.
