SPECIAL BOARD MEETING TOWN HALL APRIL 22, 2026 6:00 P.M. A motion was made by Supervisor Keding and was seconded by Councilman Stephan to approve the Use of Sporting Facility application from Hamburg Junior Baseball and Softball League, April 18 through July 14, 2026, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm Saturday, 9:00 am to noon Sunday, Town Park diamonds 1, 2, and 3, $1,000 deposit received, additional $1,000 deposit required. Supervisor Keding Yes Councilman Penders Yes Councilwoman Selby Yes Councilman Stephan Yes four (4) Yes Carried Supervisor Keding stated that there is no Old business and no Reports and Presentations.
