am or the night prior on collection days, as trucks can arrive as early as 6am.
Thanked the Town Board for allowing him to attend New York Association of
Towns training in New York City to maintain his Certified Town Official
  designation.
Regarding the traffic safety study at Feddick and Rice, Erie County had
already conducted a preliminary review using EagleView mapping and
indicated they would consider additional signage and other options, with
formal notification to follow. Thanked Deputy Miller for proactive work on
  the issue.
Update on ErieNet's fiber optic project, reporting that the 400-mile middle
mile dark fiber buildout was scheduled for completion by year end, with
Boston included in the coverage area. He noted that multiple Internet service
providers were ready to provide last-mile service, contrary to claims that
providers weren't interested, though National Grid pole attachment
  agreements were causing some delays.
Announced that the bid opening for Holiday Lighting would occur the
following day. Acknowledged Jay Jackson's fundraising efforts and hinting
additional donation announcement pending paperwork completion.
Ambulance contract meeting with Councilman Penders for the following
Monday, with a public hearing to follow once contract terms were finalized.
In support of Deputy Miller for the Sherriff’s (tip411) system for community

Long time discussion regarding Deanna Drive lighting. One light was
functioning because it had a photo eye installed, while others lacked this
component due to oversight. Despite the unusual nature of the problem, he
assured residents that the developer was working with their electrical
contractor to install the missing photo eyes on all energized lines. There
will be operating lights on Deanna Drive.
