Mr. Lang returned to the meeting at 7:39 P.M.

Rick Johnson of X-Press Signs spoke on behalf of the applicant:
 - Distributed copies of a letter to the Zoning Board members
 - Proposing to replace the existing sign poles with a single pole and add a full-color LED message
 display underneath the existing sign
 - The existing poles are in disrepair
 - The display LED sign would conform to town codes

Chairperson Hicks referred to the letter just received from Mr. Johnson which indicates the purpose
of the sign is to relay information to the public, and it will be made available to be used for emergency
 messages when necessary.

 removed
 - A NYSDOT Highway Work Permit will be required for sign removal work located within the Highway
Right-of Way, more detailed plans are required for the permit application, and an additional site
