Colden Town Hall – 7:00 pm Page 4

  • Type of SUP – Tower
  • General Appearance of Premises – Good, AT&T generator at tower
  • Conformity to SUP Conditions – Yes
  • Recommendations – None

The Board discussed holding off on SUP approvals for Hrycik, BSC, SBA and Cohn due to
issues found during inspection. All other SUPs were found to conform to their permits.

MOTION made by Councilman Robinson, seconded by Councilman Pietraszek and unanimously
approved to renew the inspected SUPs except for Hrycik, SBA, BSC and Cohn. The tabled SUPs
will be reinspected after repairs are made.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
The Board discussed the Colden Festival Committee requests for added parking and security.
The Board had no problems with the committee’s requests for access to the parking lot on Friday
night, and use of the parking lot next to the Colden Market. Extra security will be paid for by the
Festival and Friday night parking lot access must be coordinated with the Colden County Inn. A
request to park food trucks along Route 240 was refused. DePasquale will investigate getting a
port-a-potty with sink for the concerts and festival.

Supervisor DePasquale said 2 flowerpots were generously donated by Jeff McCaskey for the
gazebo. Colden’s Veteran’s banners will be coming soon; applications will be available online
and at Town Hall.
