LIBRARY No report PERSONNEL The Board discussed the Court’s request that Scott Wohlhueter be appointed as a new constable and current constable Paul Sobkowiak be appointed as an alternate constable. MOTION made by Councilman Robinson, seconded by Councilman Pietraszek and unanimously approved to appoint Scott Wohlhueter as a Colden Court Constable and Paul Sobkowiak as an alternate. PLANNING Planning Board Chairman Kammer reported the Planning Board continues to work on poultry regulation, Battery Energy Storage Systems, commercial recreation zoning and Phase II of the Kummer Park project. WATER Councilman Pietraszek read the following report: • Usage update: At present time consumption billed by ECWA 1844000 gal. cost $ 8193.75 + $434.87 = $ 8628.62 expenditure for March water usage. o ECWA water cost $4.36 / K o Water usage – 41 G/M/31D • Hydrant #8 (last in BC Rd lay), received from vender, Jesse is scheduling placement • Meter replacement scheduled for Colden Elementary • Continue working on nonreading meters & registers • Williamson Law updated their billing platform, now able to use On Demand Billing to bill repairs and filling station.
