Town Board Meeting July 9, 2026 REGULAR TOWN MEETING Colden Town Hall – 7:00 pm Page 6 The Summer Programs and Yoga are underway. The June 25th field trip had a change of venue from Camp Ska-No-Ka-San to the Boy's and Girl's Club of East Aurora. The last-minute change worked out very well, considering that it rained the entire day. The Club staff had several activities throughout the club that the kids really enjoyed. The upcoming field trip originally scheduled for July 10th at Darien Lake State Park was rescheduled to August 3rd. RESOLUTIONS The resolution was tabled until the August meeting. CLERK REPORT Jusiak reported that Colden’s tax collection season has ended, and outstanding taxes must be paid at Erie County. SUPERVISOR’S REPORT Supervisor DePasquale thanked all those who helped with the very successful July 3rd celebration. He said the new Kummer Park playground will be designated the “Walt Kammer Community Playground” at the August meeting in honor of the Planning Chairman’s work on behalf of the Town. PAY BILLS MOTION made by Councilman Pietraszek, seconded by Councilman Robinson and unanimously approved to pay the following bills: General Fund 2026 Voucher #239 - 286 $34,954.06 Highway Fund 2026 Voucher #72- 82 $14335.52 Water District 2026 Voucher #24 - 30 $8,884.09 Lighting District 2026 Voucher #9 - 10 $1,918.11 Refuse District 2026 Voucher #6 $36,488.78 PRIVILEGE OF THE FLOOR None ADJOURN MOTION made by Councilman Robinson, seconded by Councilman Pietraszek to adjourn the meeting.
