determines that CPL and GHD are qualified firms for the provision of professional engineering

RESOLVED, That the Supervisor is hereby authorized to take any actions necessary to implement
this resolution consistent with the RFQ and this determination.

On the question, Councilmember Robertson requested clarification. Mr. Foote stated the process
was required for the 100,000 planning grant the town received and would negotiate a price with GHD
as GHD performed the original study and are familiar with the system.

Councilmember Breidenstein stated that this does not limit the town from seeking additional input for
future work. Mr. Foote confirmed this was correct.

Councilmember Piekarec asked how the RFQ was advertised. Mr. Foote stated the request was
published in the West Seneca Bee, Town Clerk Newton received requests for the documents and
emailed them.
