The board will need to have a discussion on the future of the brush dump pile on Plamer St. It is being
abused-people dumping big garbage, people outside the Village using it with very large piles being
dumped. The pile has grown too rapidly. This was meant for yard work brush/leaves and for Village
residents only. The Villages spot is now full with no where else to put it.

Sewer-Sam Lauer

The WWTP has some equipment that is no longer needed and would like to have it declared as surplus.
A Thomas model air/vac compressor, amtek hydra lite pressure instrument, Taco circulator pump, chlorine
gas flow control valve, ampermetric titrator with 2 new probes, and hydro instrument T500 ton cylinder
gas chlorine vacuum regulator.
Motion 8-52-Motion by Trustee Zimmermann, seconded by Trustee Koch to declare the out of service
equipment as surplus. Motion carried.

Water-Kirk Trumpore not in attendance

Motion 8-53-Motion by Trustee Sisti, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to approve the water hearing leak
forgiveness on 7/22/26. Motion carried.

Motion 8-54-Motion made with regrets by Trustee Koch, seconded by Trustee Sisti to accept the letter of
resignation of Jake Hansen-Ivett effective 8/28/26. Motion carried.

Clerk-Danielle Wagner

Motion 8-55-Motion by Trustee Koch, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to approve the Panther Prowl 5k
event application on 9/20/26 @ 11am. Motion carried.

Police-Ross Olzsewski

Officer Sean Hotnich has been earning an extra $1.00 per hour for taking on some admirative duties like
working with DCJS and evidence inventory, he has been taking time off lately and will possibly retiring soon
Christie Grant will take over that role. OIC Olszewski would like that extra administrative pay to be an extra
$2.00 per hour which would be an update to the pay wage schedule.
Motion 8-56-Motion by Trustee Koch, seconded by Trustee Zimmermann to approve the police wage
schedule update for extra duties. Motion carried.

OIC Olszewski touched on the E-Bike complaints that have been coming in. NYS does have a law; the
Village does not have a local law but with the increase of E-bikes and that people are not following the
NYS law a local law would be explored. This would be ensure the safety of everyone.

Treasurer-Traci Hopkins

The electrical issues at the municipal building and the HVAC have been repaired.

Hail Storm damage update-the insurance estimator came out to identify issues that were caused by the
hail storm. The insurance wants to give the Village $412,000 but the damage that’s been identified would
cost a little over $550,000. The roof also has asbestos which will need to be abated before any work gets
done.
