ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Village of Gowanda is seeking bids for the Village of Gowanda Basketball Court Resurfacing Project at St Johns Park to be received by the Village of Gowanda, New York at the office of the Village of Gowanda, 27 East Main Street, Gowanda, New York 14070 until 12:00 p.m. (Noon) Local Time on ‘ The work includes removing the existing approximate 60’ x 90’ deteriorated concrete pad, and replacing with 8” compacted gravel sub-base and reconstructing with an asphalt surface consisting of a 2.5” binder and 1.5” top and re-establish the existing the drain. Contract bid documents and State and Federal wage rates are included in the bid package. This contract will be funded wholly or partially with federal funds, and as such, is subject to all federal rules and regulations pertinent thereto, including, but not limited to, federal policy of encouraging the participation of minority and women business enterprises as sources of suppliers, equipment, construction and services. Copies may be obtained at the offices of the Village of Gowanda located at 27 East Main Street, Gowanda, New York, 14070 or electronically be emailing [email protected] with the subject “Requesting Basketball Resurfacing Bid Package”. The Village office hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m.—4:00 p.m.; Tuesday from 8:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m.; and Friday from 8:00 a.m.—12:00 p.m. (Noon).
