Heitzenrater 13 Caroline Road Gowanda, NY 14070 Dear Mrs. Heitzenrater, On September 29* | met with Sewer and Highway department heads to review and further discuss your letter dated August 26" requesting support for the sewer line and road repairs at 13 Caroline Road. The Village is not responsible for repairs to residential sewer lines from the lateral to the main sewer line. However, upon discussion and review we recommended to the board on October 13, 2026 to authorize payment to support a portion of the backfill material needed for the trench and the blacktop required to repair the road as the sewer line extends to the opposite side of the road.
