  (3) Description of QuickBooks Experience of the Proposed Audit Team

All members of the audit team have experience with QuickBooks.  Our Firm has a number of
clients that use QuickBooks  as their accounting software and we are frequently requested to
provide assistance with input, assistance with running reports, and assistance with correcting
errors that have been made.
