Heritage Resources LLC is very interested in working with the Village to provide the required Project Management & Administration Consultant Services for your New York Forward ~- Small Project Fund Grant. As a state-wide leader in NYS Housing & Community Renewal managed NY Forward, NY Main Street, Buffalo Main Street & Downtown Revitalization Initiatives grant projects, HRLLC’s staff is especially interested in bringing the requisite Management & Availability, Capability, Experience, Qualifications & References to serve you well within the grant funded budget & schedule. Because the funded amount for these services are set by the grant, we believe the Village of Gowanda will make a Qualifications-Based Selection for the firm that is best suited and qualified to provide the services for your Small Business Grant Program required for compliance with NYS HCR guidelines.
