(CBCA) Heritage Resources LLC is her NYS Certified Woman-Owned Business - WBE - to help projects meet WBE goals with integrity. Alma is a graduate of the UB Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Allstate Minority and Women Emerging Entrepreneurs Program & a Grant Professionals Association member. Offering a full spectrum of grant writing to grant administration & close-out, she has assisted clients in raising over $43 million for historic preservation & fagade improvement projects and provided grant administration for most of those grants.
