Applicant is requesting a fence variance to permit installation of a 6-foot tall privacy fence in the front yard in the Single Family Residential (SFR) Zone. Public comment: A resident at 8 Weber Road expressed project support to the Administrative staff before the meeting started, as the resident could not stay for the entire meeting.
