2. Recalibrate the sanitary sewer model to collected data and validate the model against the recorded dataset. 3. Quantify model calibration quality using Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management and United States Environmental Protection Agency guidelines. Task 3 – Alternatives Analysis 1. Using the calibrated model, GHD will evaluate up to five sewer system improvement alternatives that will mitigate sewer overflows. Alternatives that will be evaluated are anticipated to include: a. No Action b. Orchard Park Road Sewer Upsizing c. Lateral Lining d. CIPP Lining e. Additional alternative developed with input from the Town Task 4 – Reporting 1. GHD will produce an engineering report that complies with the latest Environmental Facilities Corporation outline. 2. Meet with the Town and NYSDEC to discuss modeling outcomes. 3. Address one set of report comments from the Town 4. Submit a final report to the Town for their use. Schedule and Fee GHD is prepared to begin work on this project immediately upon receipt of written authorization. It is anticipated that flowmetering will begin around March 15, 2026 (weather permitting) and be removed in July 2026. Model dataset updates will occur concurrently with flow data collection. It is anticipated that a draft modeling report will be submitted by November 1, 2026, and a final engineering report can be submitted within two weeks of receiving comments.
