On the question, Councilmember Breidenstein reiterated his concerns about the all-electric component of the proposed project and further, the additional number of units. Councilmember Breidenstein stated he was shocked to learn that funding was not in place and the applicant is purchasing tax credits from brokers, noting he can cite many examples of federal funding not coming to NYS for these types of projects. Another concern is regarding transportation and the applicant's noncommittal of creating a shelter or having conversations with the transportation department. Councilmember Breidenstein stated in his opinion, the all-electric project is premature. Supervisor Dickson stated the Town Board is voting to change the footprint of the building. Councilmember Piekarec stated that overall he likes this plan better than the original and noted the Superintendent did not have concerns regarding the proposed changes. 6 Page 9 of 192
