NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT

RESOLVED, that pursuant to Town Code §95-2B(2) of the Town of Aurora, the Town
Board of the Town of Aurora does hereby grant the attached Special Use Permit,
including aforementioned conditions, to Rachel Krajéwski/Carner Development
Group, to operate a campground and construct seasonal cottages, treehouses,
a lodge, and convert the existing residences into sleeping rooms and an
administration building at 1196 Big Tree Road, East Aurora, NY.
