Impact Study is required and pending and that in addition, a NYSDOT Work Permit will be required for any work located in the State Highway; and WHEREAS, the Code Enforcement Officer determined this to be an unlisted action Under SEQR and the Town Board found that the project will not result in any significant adverse environmental impacts. Now, therefore, be it RESOLVED that the Site Plan for SBL#165.00-1-28.21 at 1196 Big Tree Road, East Aurora, NY, to operate a campground and construct seasonal cottages, treehouses, a lodge, and convert the existing residences into sleeping rooms and an administration building, is approved by the Town Board.
