Medical appointments take precedence and may be scheduled up to two (2) weeks in advance of known appointment dates. Non-medical trips (grocery shopping, personal errands, social and recreational activities) may be requested up to one (1) week in advance. Each patron is limited to two (2) rides per week unless it is a particularly slow week. This is a non-emergency medical transportation service. The service will not operate on observed holidays. Clients who rely on the service for life-saving treatments (such as dialysis) are encouraged to make backup transportation plans, especially during winter months. 9801261v6
