GREENSPARK ® SOLAR July 6th, 2026 Town of Aurora 575 Oakwood Avenue, East Aurora, NY 14052 To the Building Department: Under the jurisdiction of the Town of Aurora, GreenSpark Solar seeks to apply for a special use building permit at 2100 Lewis Road, South Wales, NY 14139 to install a 7.04 kW-DC ground mounted PV system expansion. The proposed system would be installed as one array, on the grounds of the residence, comprised of 16 modules, and utilize an lronRidge Racking system with American Ground Screws. Included with the application is a signed applicant authorization of representation by GreenSpark Solar, a brief project description, a copy of the project site plan, an electrical 3-line diagram of the array interconnection with the utility, and cut sheets on the major components to include the modules, inverter, racking, and attachments. Additionally, there is a copy of the Certificate of Liability provided by GreenSpark’s insurance company.
