Initial Overflow Sticker Rate (effective October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2027): $5.00 Consumer Price Index Annual Adjustment Formula: Effective January 1, 2028, and each January 1 thereafter, all rates shall increase by the same percentage increase as the change in the Consumer Price Index – Water, Sewer, Trash Index (CPI-WST) + one percent (1%), as published by the U.S. Department of Labor, for the most recent September as compared to the preceding September.
