GA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Aurora on the 28'" day of September, 2026 at 6:30 PM at the Aurora Municipal Center, 575 Oakwood Avenue, East Aurora, New York, at which hearing parties and interested citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard on the adoption of a Local Law of the Town of Aurora for the year 2026, to provide the Town Board with the authority to override the tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law Section 30c. All interested parties are entitled to be heard upon the said proposed Local Law at such public hearing. Copies of said proposed Local Law are available for review at the offices of the Town Clerk during normal business hours or on the Town website www.townofaurorany.gov.
