The platform will allow residents to register and renew dog licenses online and receive email notifications, significantly reducing paper, postage and staff time spent preparing and mailing multiple notices. The Dog Control Office(r) will also have direct access to the information needed to respond quickly and efficiently. Couples seeking marriage licenses will be able to complete applications and schedule appointments online, reducing in-office processing time for both residents and staff. Additional modules will support Persons with Severe Disabilities parking permits, Solicitor’s Permits, vital records transactions and electronic receipting for payments collected by other Town departments. After evaluating available options, | selected GovPilot because it meets the Town's operational needs while offering residents an intuitive, user-friendly online experience at a reasonable cost. This investment will streamline Town operations, expand access to online services and improve the overall experience for residents.
