Bienias, husband and wife, residing at 1776 Blakeley Road, East Aurora, New York 14052-9005, Grantors, Robert D. Bannister and Lori D. Bannister, husband and wife, residing at 272 Porterville Road, East Aurora, New York 14052, Grantees. WITNESSETH, that the Grantors in consideration of ONE and MORE Dollars ($1.00 + More) lawful money of the United States, paid by the Grantees, subject to the trust fund provisions of section thirteen of the lien law, hereby grant and release unto the Grantees, their heirs, distributes, and assigns forever.
