Local Share Resolution: As part of the TAP application process, the municipality must pass a resolution outlining the total project cost, expected grant amount, and the locally Town funded portion. Therefore, we are requesting the Town Board pass the following resolution which includes all of the required information. Additionally, we are also requesting the Town Supervisor be authorized to sign forms for the TAP application. A certified copy of the resolution will be sent with the other TAP application documents. These two items should be completed prior to adoption of the Bond Resolution for the project. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me with any questions or comments.
