Only the uses, areas, capacities, entrances, hours, and activities expressly authorized by this permit are approved. Any material expansion or change requires prior Village Board approval of an amended special use permit pursuant to §285-52.7. Any change to the boundaries or expansion of the Approved Premises requires prior Village Board approval of an amended special use permit.
