The request is to modify the west exterior fas;ade that includes the installation ofa 10'x12' roll-up door, a double door, and the extend the exterior wall and rooffor the enlargement ofthe interior stairway. Village Code section 285-50.4C requires the Village to submit the applications to Erie County Depa1iment of Environment and Planning for their review and comment due to proximity to a State highway. Village Code section 285-51.5 requires the application to be referred to the Planning Commission for their recommendation.
