Jozwiak made the motion, seconded by G. Marlette, to approve the Minutes as presented. All in favor. Carried. ITEM #4: Citizens Participation There was none. ITEM #5: Comments from Town Board Liaison Town Board Liaison Drake let the Planning Board know that the Town Board approved the site plan and special use permit for the solar project on Springville Boston Road, and the Members discussed the project. The Town Board is working on new laws for solar and battery storage since the moratorium on these is only in effect until June of this year. ITEM #6: Business from the Members J. Zybert noticed shipping containers on Frank Giordano’s property, and the CEO Roberts informed the Members that he has an active permit to build a shipping container barn. He explained what that consists of.
