Roll Call followed. Town Board Members Present: Councilwoman Karen Kline Councilman Bill Kolacki Councilman Dan Lotito Councilwoman Lynne Roth Supervisor Geoffrey Hack Other Officials Present: Town Clerk Jill Dix Jeff Schroader, representative of David DiPietro’s office Pledge of Allegiance APPROVAL OF TOWN BOARD MEETING MINUTES RESOLUTION # 112-2025 Motion made by Councilwoman Kline and seconded by Councilwoman Roth to approve the Regular November 2025 Town Board Minutes, 5 AYE/0 NAY/0 ABSTAIN MOTION CARRIED. Deputy Shane Miller reported on November 2025 police activity and responses SUPERVISOR’S REPORT A. Set Organizational Meeting 2026 RESOLUTION # 113-2025 Councilwoman Kline motioned to set the 2026 Organizational Meeting on January 14, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Holland Town Hall. Seconded by Councilwoman Roth. 5 YEA/0NO/0 ABSTAIN MOTION CARRIED B. Extend all appointments until January 14, 2026 RESOLUTION #114-2025 Motion made by Councilwoman Kline and seconded by Councilman Kolacki to extend all appointments until January 14, 2026. 5 YEA/0NO/0 ABSTAIN MOTION CARRIED C. Extend Junk Yard Renewals RESOLUTION #115-2025 Motion made by Councilman Kolacki and seconded by Councilman Lotito to extend junk yard renewals until January 14, 2026. 5 YEA /0NO/0 ABSTAIN
