NEW BUSINESS A. 7207 Hunters Creek Rd- Hunters Creek Mobile Home Park- will utilize the final year of the three-year agreement to allow for a dumpster at the Mobile Home Park while the roads are under repair. OLD BUSINESS- A. Special Use Permit Request- 13225 Parker Rd- Maria Czechowski- Yoga Practice RESOLUTION # 119-2025 Councilwoman Kline motioned to approve the Special Use Permit for Maria Czechowski, 13225 Parker Rd with the following conditions. 1. All information provided in the application 2. Adequate lighting of driveway/parking area. 3. Must obtain permit from Building Inspector for signage. 4. Add shrubs/hedges along front but not blocking visibility for pulling out to road. 5. Walking paths are level and well lit.
