TOWN OF HOLLAND TOWN BOARD MINUTES June 10, 2026 and is aware they will have to come to the Town Board to apply for a license. Highway Superintendent Jason Simmons requested Mr. Benedicto provide the town with the New York State Sample Annual Schedule. Mr. Benedicto agreed to provide the sample schedule to the Town. Deputy Building Inspector Bill Shimburski stated the tenants need to provide the Building Department with owner authorization prior to applying for any building permits. Supervisor Hack stated the new location for the dumpster will be allowed in the license renewal provided the Park continues to pick up trash from the tenants on a weekly basis. The recent improved conditions of the roads must be maintained. These conditions will be included in the renewal of the license. After this discussion, the following resolution was passed. RESOLUTION #45-2026 Councilman Kolacki motioned to approve the Mobile Home Park License for Benedicto Holdings at 7207 Hunters Creek Road for six months to facilitate the potential sale of the Mobile Home Park. Councilwoman Kline seconded the motion. 5 AYE/ 0 NAY/ 0 ABSTAIN MOTION CARRIED C. Budget Amendments RESOLUTION # 46-2026 Councilman Lotito motioned to approve the following budget amendments. Councilwoman Kline seconded the motion.
