emergency demoli on of the abandoned structures and completely remove all debris and refuse le on the premises, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Collins Town Board authorize the Town Code Enforcement O cer and Supervisor to ini ate the process to expedite the emergency demoli on of said proper es, including de ning the scope of the demoli ons and calcula on of demoli on cost es mates, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all costs and expenses, including the cost of actually removing these buildings will be assessed against the land on which the buildings are located at the same me and in the same manner as general Town taxes.
